Mobile One to launch LTE trial in Singapore
Singapore’s MobileOne (M1) has been moving along a transition path to Long Term Evolution (LTE) technology with its mobile network, having now commenced work on an LTE trial. The pilot tests are being carried out in partnership with Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) and are set to be conducted over a two month period. M1 and NSN have also been promoting the energy efficiency of the equipment being deployed in the trial.
