Alphalink

In December 2005, Chariot Limited acquired a major share of Alphalink (Australia) Pty Ltd. Alphalink was established in July 1995 and became Australia’s 100th licensed Telecommunications Carrier in May 2002. The company provides dial-up and ADSL services Australia-wide.

Alphalink is using its carrier license to provide a residential broadband service to its customers via a wireless solution offering products that are more attractive than current ADSL offerings. Its current wireless network in Melbourne includes 56 nodes covering many suburbs.
