Vodafone cuts mobile retailers’ profit margins again in Ireland – September 2002
Sunday, September 1st, 2002The Irish retailers’ body, RGDATA, lodged a formal complaint with the Competition Authority in September 2002 following Vodafone’s decision to cut retailer profit margins on its electronic top-up facility for mobile phones. Vodafone Ireland announced the slashing of retail margins from 10% to 6.5% for smaller denomination top-ups.
